Subscription Services
Clinic Clubs operates on a subscription-based model. Payments are required in advance for the subscription period and are non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined in this policy.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • If you qualify under the ROI Guarantee Program and meet all specified criteria but the agreed-upon ROI is not achieved, you may be eligible for a refund as per the terms of your agreement.
  • If there is an error in billing, such as duplicate payments, refunds will be processed upon verification.

Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:

  • Fees for services already rendered.
  • Subscription payments for any completed or ongoing subscription period.
  • Software tools, resources, or digital products delivered as part of the subscription.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
